Full Program
In Western Europe in the mediaeval era the written word played a key role in the lives of mystical and contemplative Christians. In this workshop, we'll look at how these experiences might relate to our own secular writing practices, focusing on memories and places from our own lives.
The workshop, led by Huw Lemmey, author of Lingua Ignota (Timeo, 2023) and hosted in collaboration with Libreria del Golem, will delve deeper into the interplay of writing, mysticism, and rebirth, developing the journey initiated by the reading groups of Ethereal Society of Poetry.
